Responsibilities

The Head of Health and Safety at the University of Bradford will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining health and safety procedures within the organisation to ensure a safe and healthy working environment. This will include developing and implementing health and safety policies, investigating accidents, and seeking assurance of compliance with relevant legislation, particularly in regard to statutory tests and inspections. Taking an active and leading role both strategically and operationally in initiatives and delivery of plans across the University using professional Health & Safety knowledge.
