We build AI tools that help financial advisers spend less time on admin and more time with clients. Our products handle meeting notes, suitability reports, and compliance checking. We're the UK's largest AI company in wealth technology, serving 250+ advisory firms. We're growing fast and just getting started.

The Role

You'll own pipeline and revenue growth. That means demand generation, conversion optimisation, partnerships, and marketing.

This is a hands-on role. You'll build campaigns, analyse funnels, close partnership deals, and hire the team around you as we scale. You'll report directly to the CEO.

What You'll Do
  • Own the full growth funnel from awareness to closed revenue
  • Build and execute demand generation across paid, content, events, and partnerships
  • Develop and manage relationships with networks, platforms, and distribution partners
  • Optimise conversion at every stage — website, demo booking, sales handoff, onboarding
  • Build and run a referral programme that actually works
  • Hire and manage a small growth team (demand gen, content, field marketing)
  • Work closely with sales to ensure marketing drives qualified pipeline, not vanity metrics
  • Report on what's working, kill what isn't, double down on winners
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years in growth, demand gen, or marketing in Startup B2B SaaS
  • Track record of building pipeline and hitting revenue targets, not just traffic
  • Experience with paid acquisition (LinkedIn, Google), content marketing, and partnerships
  • Comfortable getting hands dirty — you'll be executing, not just strategising
  • Strong analytical skills — you make decisions based on data, not gut
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, or regulated industries is a strong plus
  • Based in the UK
