Are you an accomplished leader with a track record in shaping and leading global brand identity for large established organisations? ICAEW is seeking a Head of Global Brand to direct our brand strategy and enhance our reputation in the accountancy profession and beyond.
You will champion the ongoing development and evolution of ICAEW’s brand, ensuring alignment with organisational vision and values. Naturally, you will use your extensive experience in leading and developing premium brands, understanding cultural and global nuances, and delivering successful brand strategies across markets, channels, and platforms. You will oversee the management of all brand assets, guide market research projects, and drive brand support for communications, events, and partnerships.
Your strong stakeholder management abilities and capacity to collaborate and influence at a senior level are essential, as is your commercial acumen and budget management skills. You’ll bring experience of multi‑stakeholder organisations, creative agency oversight, and critical evaluation of brand communications. As an inspiring team leader, you’ll nurture talent and drive performance, ensuring ICAEW’s brand has premium positioning globally. A degree or equivalent, ideally with CIM qualifications, is preferred.
