We work closely with local authorities and businesses to deliver reliable, high-quality charging networks at pace, at scale and at zero cost. We offer the advantages of a scale-up business with the security and long-term backing from our parents — Liberty Global (owners of our delivery partner, Virgin Media O2) and Zouk Capital (managers of the Government's Charging Investment Infrastructure Fund). You will join us at the start of our scale-up phase and work towards the ambitious targets set by our shareholders. • Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, ensuring clear responsibilities, robust processes, and strong attention to detail in the delivery of financial results.
  • Champion internal controls and risk management, improving governance frameworks in support of business resilience and financial integrity.
  • You will be expected to manage outsourced finance services as well as the internal team.
  • You will be expected to ensure good governance by assisting in the design, implementation and monitoring of the governance framework, working with Legal, HR, Tax, Internal Audit, Compliance, GDPR, etc.
