A leading iGaming media group is seeking a Head of FanReach / Programmatic Lead in London to drive growth in programmatic business. The ideal candidate will develop advertising strategies, manage client operations, and leverage first-party data for effective audience targeting. Strong communication skills and extensive experience in the programmatic media sector are essential. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment.

We are now seeking a Head of FanReach / Programmatic Lead to drive the continued growth of our programmatic business and lead the commercial expansion of FanReach Better Collective’s first‑party audience proposition and specialist sports media agency.
Location preference is within one of Better Collective’s Europe Offices (ideal candidate in London). Location can be flexible for the right candidate. Working hours may require evenings working with a US and international market.
