Are you a dynamic curriculum leader with a passion for English and ESOL?

We're looking for an ambitious and motivated Head of Faculty to lead our English & ESOL provision at New College Swindon. You'll guide talented teams, raise standards, strengthen outcomes and play a key part in shaping an exceptional learning experience for our students.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and support English & ESOL teams, driving high-quality teaching and strong student outcomes
  • Oversee day-to-day operations including cover, staff recruitment, open evenings and exams
  • Use data to monitor progress, identify issues and deliver impactful interventions
  • Shape an agile, innovative curriculum that meets learner needs and local demand
  • Model excellent teaching with your own reduced timetable
  • Manage resources, staffing and planning to ensure smooth delivery
  • Build positive relationships with parents, employers and external partners
  • Promote an outstanding culture of safeguarding, behaviour, ambition and inclusion
What We’re Looking For
