The Head of Engineering will manage a team of 5 developers, ensuring technical excellence and driving strategic initiatives, while remaining partly hands‑on with the technology stack, which includes PHP, Laravel, React, MySQL, and AWS.

Responsibilities :

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5 developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Oversee the development and delivery of high-quality software solutions aligned with business goals.
• Maintain a hands‑on role in coding, particularly in PHP, React, MySQL, and AWS.
