What you’ll do
  • Develop and deliver a digital adoption strategy aligned with firm objectives, and champion innovative ways of working.
  • Create and maintain a technology skills framework, assessing proficiency and identifying gaps.
  • Define KPIs and report on adoption rates, using data to drive actionable insights.
  • Design and deliver training programmes in partnership with Talent Development, promoting best practice and engagement.
  • Lead a team of three, providing coaching and mentoring to support growth.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Technology, Legal Operations, and Practice Groups to ensure solutions meet user needs.
  • Drive innovation and AI adoption, identifying opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and accessibility of legal knowledge.
What we’re looking for
  • Proven experience in digital adoption, change management, or technology enablement within professional services (law firm experience desirable).
  • Strong understanding of user engagement strategies and digital transformation principles.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and influence decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing and developing a team.
  • Exposure to introducing innovative and AI-enabled technologies, including running pilots and assessing outcomes.
