Plowman Craven is looking for an experienced and credible digital leader to take on a pivotal Head of Digital role within our Digital Construction division.
This is a senior leadership position with real influence. You will shape how digital consultancy, BIM and CAD delivery operate across the business, setting standards, leading people, and ensuring our digital services continue to support complex infrastructure and built asset projects around the world.
As Head of Digital, you will lead our digital delivery operations across the UK and Poland, with responsibility for quality, consistency, innovation and performance. You will work closely with senior leaders, clients and delivery teams to ensure digital services are robust, scalable and commercially effective.
This role suits someone who enjoys combining strategic leadership with hands‑on technical credibility. You will be equally comfortable setting direction, developing people, engaging with clients, and getting into the detail when needed.
We are looking for a senior digital professional with strong leadership presence and a track record of delivering complex digital services in infrastructure, construction, geospatial or related sectors.
You will join a well‑established, forward‑thinking consultancy working at the intersection of geospatial, digital construction and technology.
This role requires regular office presence, with a minimum of three days per week, to support collaboration, leadership and team development. You will work closely with teams in the UK and Poland and support global delivery across other regions.
