Overview

As Head of Demand, you will lead a high-performing team of Senior Product Managers responsible for the development and growth of Samsung Ads' Reach & Performance Demand propositions across the region. You will own the product strategy of Samsung's unique data asset and translate them into scalable, monetizable advertising product solutions across EMEA. This is a strategic leadership role requiring a strong product vision, commercial acumen, and cross-functional influence. You will shape our roadmap in collaboration with sales, engineering, analytics, legal, and global product teams to ensure regional differentiation and impact.

Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the Demand ad product vision and roadmap for Samsung Ads EMEA, aligning with global priorities while tailoring to local market needs.
  • Define the product strategy for monetizing demand propositions, with an understanding of value capture and value creation and how to apply them.
  • Define business problems to solve, measure success, and be accountable for the value and viability of the products.
  • Oversee the development and execution of demand propositions, particularly around Reach solutions, DSP application, and performance propositions.
  • Develop industry-leading workflows, dashboards, and tools to flawlessly setup, activate, and manage advertising campaigns, driving operational efficiencies and sales agility.
  • Lead, develop and manage a team of Product Managers, ensuring quality across products and artefacts (presentations, Business Requirements Documents, Product Requirement Documents, etc.).
  • Partner with Product Marketing to define compelling value propositions and client-facing collateral.
  • Collaborate with global engineering and product peers to ensure EMEA requirements are captured, prioritised and delivered.
  • Ensure all data products comply with GDPR and internal Samsung privacy standards, engaging legal and infosec teams proactively.
  • Support the creation of scalable insight, performance, and incrementality solutions in partnership with the Analytics team.
  • Demonstrate experience in product management or related data fields, preferably within advertising measurement, analytics, or martech.
Qualifications
  • Proven leadership experience in data product management, ideally in advertising, ad tech, or digital media.
  • Deep knowledge of Demand ad products, monetising reach and performance propositions.
  • Understanding of data privacy regulations and strong grasp of mobile and CTV datasets.
  • Demonstrated success in productising complex datasets into commercial solutions.
  • Experience managing senior talent and driving high-impact product roadmaps.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work strategically while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with the programmatic ecosystem and ad measurement technologies.
  • Familiarity with Confluence, Jira and other product software platforms.
