Location: Northampton

Salary: Up to £80K plus a plethora of benefits

We're looking for a Head of Customer Operation to join a fast‑growing, technology‑driven business that partners with clients globally. This is a senior leadership role where you’ll shape how services are delivered at scale, ensuring exceptional customer experience while optimising processes and systems.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a team of managers and service professionals to deliver outstanding results.
  • Drive operational excellence through process optimisation, capacity planning, and workflow improvements.
  • Champion digital transformation and automation initiatives to enable growth without increasing headcount.
  • Collaborate across departments to align operational goals with business strategy.
  • Foster a culture of empowerment, engagement, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in senior operational leadership within a fast-paced or service-oriented environment.
  • Experience delivering SaaS (Software as a Service) based solutions.
