A fast-growing D2C subscription brand in Central London is seeking a Head of Creative Strategy. In this role, you will lead the creative strategy team, shape innovative strategies, and enhance acquisition and retention efforts. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in paid creative environments for D2C brands. The role offers a competitive salary of £65k-£85k, hybrid working conditions, and various employee benefits, including a wellness allowance and private healthcare.

Ignite are thrilled to be partnering with one of the fastest-growing D2C subscription brands in the UK (£30m+ revenue). The business is growing super fast and they're now looking to hire their first ever Head of Creative Strategy to lead, shape and elevate all creative strategy across the brand.
📣 Important: To be considered, you MUST have experience developing high‑performing creative strategy (PAID / Performance) for D2C brands, with a strong grasp of performance principles, content direction and data‑informed creative decision‑making. You’ll lead a creative strategy team and partner closely with Growth, Brand and Content to deliver best‑in‑class assets that drive acquisition and retention.
