Zurich Group is establishing a new Global Life, Health and Bank Distribution Unit to better serve our customers’ evolving needs for protection, savings, retirement, and health. This new unit will focus on building capabilities, delivering timely product innovation, harnessing the value of customer data, and forging new distribution partnerships. It’s a unique opportunity to join Zurich as we shape the future of our global life and pensions business—driving impactful change and creating brighter outcomes for customers globally.

We are seeking a visionary leader to head our Corporate Life & Pensions business globally. Reporting to the CEO of Life Protection, you will be accountable for end-to-end P&L and balance sheet performance across key business areas, alongside a wider responsibility to drive growth with our domestic businesses globally. The focus will be on delivering profitable, sustainable growth through innovative customer propositions and excellence in distribution management.

What you will do
  • Full end to end P&L and Balance Sheet accountability for key businesses in Zurich’s global portfolio with objective to drive profitable, sustainable growth through leading customer propositions and excellence in distribution management:
    • ZGEBS – top 3 Global Employee Benefits business
    • International Markets business written out of Isle of Man with leading positions in key markets
    • Zurich Eurolife (Luxembourg), leading provider of Employee Benefits solutions into Germany
  • Drive profitable growth across Zurich’s wider CLP business globally working with local business units
  • Develop and deploy global propositions, solutions and tools into local markets in engagement with local businesses
  • Manage and nurture global relationships with strategic partner Employee Benefits Consultants and Brokers to drive positive customer outcomes and growth
  • Oversee relationships with global strategic relationship customers, working closely with Zurich’s Commercial Insurance team
  • Drive thought leadership in Employee Benefits to grow and reinforce Zurich’s position as a global leader in this field
  • Develop enhanced skills and capabilities in Employee Benefits for Zurich globally
