As Head of Content & Media Development you will play an important role within Bauer Academy’s delivery team. Focused on subject areas that are integral to Bauer Academy’s portfolio and aligned with Bauer Media’s passions and expertise. This role leads a talented team of educators that carefully design and deliver impactful learning solutions, including apprenticeships.
This a Hybrid role that supports a balance of working from home and one of our office in either Manchester, Peteborough or London. It is 37.5 hours per week, with a flexible approach to working hours and locations. Occasional travel will be expected, for example to employer premises to deliver workshops or for client meetings. Out‑of‑hours working may be required, particularly during audits and inspections.
