A leading public policy organization in Greater London seeks a skilled communications manager to lead their PR, digital, and media initiatives. This role involves managing content, coordinating high-profile campaigns, and working closely with senior leaders on strategic decisions. The position offers a competitive salary of £55,000 plus a £5,000 bonus, with flexibility for exceptional candidates. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead MCIA's communications function across PR, digital, media engagement, content and external messaging. You will shape how the organisation and wider sector is seen and understood, and work closely with the Director of Public Affairs on high‑profile campaigns and policy‑influencing communications.
You will also coordinate the quarterly Board meetings giving you valuable exposure to senior decision‑making and strategic industry insight.
