Head of College Services

ROLE DESCRIPTION

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the well established College Services Team at Newcastle Sixth Form College. As part of a well resourced and experienced team of professionals we are looking for a person who can drive the overall management of the office team and oversee areas of the college professional service delivery including Admissions, Enrolment, LSF and Exams.

We are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic person with a proven track record and operational background in professional services, ideally in an education setting to manage the overall workload in a dynamic and multi-faceted college, and deliver consistent, high quality services.

The role will give you direct access to our senior leadership team and curriculum directors, helping to support the college in a range of areas including all front of house services and direct student liaison on support functions related to timetabling, bursary and examination scheduling.

Experience in the use of college based systems and data, we need an all rounder who also wants to be forward thinking and open to the use of new technologies in the delivery of our services to staff and students. You will be part of the wider college leadership team, and will take responsibility for managing some of our college key events including IAG/Consultation Evenings, Awards Events and Enrolment alongside the Director of College Services and Resources.
