We're recruiting for a successful leadership consultancy that's scaling. They already have an established strong client base and now they're executing an ambitious five-year growth plan. They need someone to ensure their operations scale with the same quality that got them here.

The opportunity

As their first Head of Client Operations, you'll report to the Managing Director with accountability for client delivery. You'll build the systems, lead the team, and create the infrastructure for sustainable growth.
