A major technology consulting firm seeks a Head of Business Consulting EMEA to lead complex projects and mentor a team in the FMCG sector. This remote position in the UK involves driving best practices in consulting and managing client engagements. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in business consultancy, proven leadership in software solutions, and the ability to influence stakeholders. The role supports professional growth and requires some travel.
As part of our Food, Beverage and Consumer Goods team, you’ll help our customers connect business processes and leverage data‑driven technology to improve visibility, agility and responsiveness. As the Head of Business Consulting EMEA you will be part of TELUS Consumer Goods’ Global Services Team to ensure the optimal delivery of EMEA projects. You will ensure that the Business Consulting team delivers a professional, best‑in‑class service to our clients and that the team grows in line with the overall business. This is a client‑facing role that involves projects from initiation to completion – requirement scoping, solution design, configuration, documentation, best‑practice adoption, UAT support, go‑live and hand‑over to support.

Relevant Business Analysis or Consulting certification. Experience leading user acceptance testing phases.
Role can be based anywhere in the UK. Some travel may be required.
