As Head of Business Development you will report directly to the Commercial Director and lead the strategic growth agenda across the group. This newly created role provides a unique opportunity to shape and unify business development efforts across multiple operating companies each with distinct capabilities and client bases.
You’ll initially oversee a small team of two with a clear remit to expand as the group scales through organic growth and acquisitions. Your focus will be on identifying and securing new opportunities, building long‑term client relationships and driving consistency in BD practices across the group. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to position the group under the evolving Ancora brand ensuring alignment with commercial goals and market positioning.
Hybrid based from Dawlish, Devon (1–2 days per week in the office), with regular travel to clients and sites across the UK.
Full‑time permanent.
Up to £80,000 (DOE) bonus, car allowance.
