The Ballachulish Hotel

The Ballachulish Hotel is in a spectacular spot. A place where our guests come to explore but also kick back and soak up our service, food, drink and spectacular views. Our team also know a thing or two about the area as they’ve scaled mountains, explored lochs and found some much-loved spots to explore.

About the role

You’ll manage our busy Housekeeping Team and first impressions count! So, if you're friendly, have a welcoming smile and genuinely love the hospitality business, we'd love to hear from you.

You’ll be interested in people and able to talk confidently to them. You’ll manage a small team of Housekeepers and if needed be hands on to maintain and improve the exceptional cleanliness of the hotel to exceed our guest’s expectations. You'll be checking rooms to make sure they're ready for guests' arrivals, on time, and to our high standards.

Do you have what it takes?

Previous housekeeping experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to coach and motivate team members are all essential requirements for this job. You’ll have a great attitude and fantastic attention to detail. You’ll take a pride in what you do and you’ll have high personal standards of cleanliness and boundless energy levels. Exceptional customer service is at the heart of our business, so you’ll also be friendly and able to give a warm welcome to any guests you meet.
