Body Fit Training (BFT) Chelmsford Central is searching for an exceptional Head Coach Trainer to bring passion energy and expertise to our thriving studio. We deliver world-class science-backed group strength and conditioning programs that are intentionally designed progressive and focused on real results. As the Head Coach Trainer you will be the heartbeat of the studio. You will lead our coaching team elevate the member experience and bring the BFT philosophy to life every day. This role is ideal for a driven fitness professional who thrives in a team environment and wants to help build a high-performing community. You will work closely with the Studio Manager guide and develop the coaching team and ensure every session reflects BFTs high standards.

What Youll Do

• Deliver all BFT programs with precision and consistency
• Mentor upskill and support the coaching team
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of all BFT programming
• Coach professionally and intentionally
• Represent BFT with pride and authenticity inside and outside the studio
• Maintain a safe organised and motivating training environment
• Ensure each class has the appropriate coaching team in place
• Oversee correct studio setup for every session
• Help build an engaged positive and high-achieving member community

• Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification (essential)
• Valid First Aid certification
