At Lots Road, we're proud to serve freshly prepared, seasonal British food alongside our brilliant drinks list. We're looking for a talented and ambitious Head Chef to lead our kitchen team, deliver consistent quality, and shape the food reputation of this much‑loved pub.

As Head Chef, you'll take full ownership of the kitchen - from leading your brigade and managing suppliers to driving standards and maintaining compliance. You'll bring creativity, consistency, and leadership to ensure our menu is delivered to the highest level.

What You'll Need
  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous in a fresh‑food kitchen
  • Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of stock management, GP, and kitchen financials
  • A passion for seasonal, British pub food and menu development
