Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Greater London is seeking a Head Chef to lead the culinary team at a top B & I site. The ideal candidate will have recent experience as a Head Chef and strong retail experience. Responsibilities include managing the kitchen team and ensuring excellent financial performance while working with fresh, seasonal produce. This role operates on a daytime schedule from Monday to Friday.
