Job summary

A specialist care provider in Bristol is seeking a dedicated Bank Head Chef to manage the kitchen operations at The Burren, delivering high-quality meals tailored to residents’ dietary needs. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience working as a Chef.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a Care Home setting.
• IDDSI / Specialist diet provision experience (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for running the Kitchen and managing kitchen staff.
• Building and preparing menus to meet dietary requirements.
• Ensure food is prepared following IDDSI guidelines.
