A national catering company is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead kitchen operations in Hindhead, United Kingdom. The menus are all core to spec and the positions will ideally suit contract catering chefs - schools, colleges and military facilities where meals and menus are cooked in bulk.
A massive bonus is that you will work sensible hours (40 hours a week) with few evenings and regular weekends off.
As the Head Chef you will lead the team in all areas of food production, work closely with the catering manager, and take full responsibility for all aspects of kitchen management.
