Qualifications

• A Pivot / Ride-on PPT licence is preferred but training may be provided.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to doing things right.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

• Directing a team of operatives daily, dealing with problems as they arise and escalating when required.
• Operate a Ride-on PPT / Pivot Steer to load and unload palletised goods from lorries.
• Monitor picking operations to ensure safety and performance are maintained.
• Engage with warehouse operatives to encourage best practices.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the warehouse.
