Physiotherapist (Hospital) – Leicester Hospital

Working Hours & Pay

Bank – Part Time. Up to £25 per hour, depending on experience.

Main Responsibilities
  • Work across inpatients and outpatients, treating a range of musculoskeletal conditions and post‑operative hand and wrist surgery cases.
  • Be part of a multidisciplinary team of nurses, allied health professionals and consultants supported by a regional clinical lead.
  • Help patients achieve, maintain and recover to their aspired level of health and wellbeing.
  • Deliver excellent clinical care that is safe, effective, caring, well‑led and responsive to patients’ needs.
  • Be compliant with all governance standards and participate in clinical audit and quality assurance processes.
  • Enjoy protected CPD time and access to programmes and events by the Nuffield Health Academy.
Qualifications
  • BSc in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy or equivalent and registration with the Health and Care Professions Council.
  • Excellent manual therapy skills and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
Experience
  • Extensive hand therapy experience.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with all kinds of people.
