Overview

Castle Employment is delighted to be recruiting for an established agricultural buildings company who are looking for a proactive Health & Safety Manager to take full ownership of safety across their production facility and customer sites. This is an exclusive opportunity and is site based with extensive travel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain health & safety policies and procedures.
  • Conduct risk assessments for manufacturing and on-site installation work.
  • Oversee workshop safety, machinery use, manual handling, and COSHH compliance.
  • Prepare RAMS and site-specific safety documentation.
  • Lead audits, inspections, and accident investigations.
  • Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and ongoing training.
  • Act as the main contact for clients, regulators, and internal teams.
  • Promote a proactive, positive safety culture across the workforce.
What We2 re Looking For
  • NEBOSH General Certificate – essential

Location & Benefits
