You will be responsible for supervising coaching staff, evaluating program efficiency, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The ideal candidate must possess a minimum Level 2 British Gymnastics qualification and have strong communication skills to inspire both gymnasts and staff. Qualifications

• Experience in coaching at a general gymnastics environment.
• Capable of leading and mentoring a coaching team.
• Familiarity with safeguarding, health & safety protocols.

Responsibilities
