Gym Manager

Dublin | Corporate Gym | Operations Management | Permanent | Full Time

Up to £27,672.82 per annum depending on experience

40 hours per week

As a Gym Manager at our corporate club, you’ll hold a CIMSPA registration, and understand the commercial fitness environment. Previously, you’ve worked as a Personal Trainer or Fitness Instructor and you bring initiative with a good eye for detail.

Responsibilities
  • As a one-person site, you will supervise the fitness floor, deliver exercise programmes and advise on training and lifestyle.
  • Motivate members, understanding their individual needs to help them achieve their goals.
  • Produce and deliver group exercise classes for your members.
  • Deliver excellent customer service through everything from personal training to processing payments.
  • Ensure clinical standards while delivering our unique Personal Best health assessments.
  • Increase onsite membership and active utilisation.
  • Manage our corporate client accounts, attending meetings, strengthening relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
