Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Health and Safety Employee Policy and Company Procedures.
• Maintain JD Gyms Brand Standard.
• Conduct safety checks and report defects.
• Recruit and manage a team of Fitness Coaches and General Assistants.
• Work towards all sales and membership targets.
• Maximise secondary spending revenue.
• Ensure gym cleanliness standards are met.
• Oversee uniform standards among team members.
• Deliver outstanding member service.
• Create a positive work environment.
• Be an ambassador of JD Gyms.
