Job summary

A hospitality company is seeking energetic and outgoing individuals for a home-office-based role to facilitate exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include resolving guest issues, managing extension requests, and delivering customer service reports. Responsibilities

  • Resolve client and guest maintenance/service issues.
  • Deliver excellent customer service with a perfectionist approach.
  • Manage extension requests for clients.
  • Collaborate with associates to create guest services reports.
  • Act as the guest contact throughout their stay.
  • Identify process improvement areas and implement ideas.
  • Send out extension requests and move-out instructions.
  • Update the issue portal for in-house guests.
  • Cover urgent out-of-hours telephone line.

Job description

Oasis Corporate Housing seeks energetic, outgoing individuals who want to work in a fun, fast-paced environment, facilitating superior guest experiences. This is a full-time home-office-based position from the team member’s remote home office (all home office furniture and equipment will be provided).

Roles and Responsibilities :
First Priority
  • Resolve reported client and guest maintenance and / or service issues
  • Maintain an over-the-top “customer-centric” and “perfectionist” approach in all roles and responsibilities
  • Manage and complete extension requests for clients when needed
  • Work with other Guest Services Associates to create, maintain, and deliver a monthly guest services report to management
  • Carry out our 5-point contact process and be our guests’ point of contact through their time in temporary housing.
  • Identify areas for process improvement, develop “buy-in” for ideas for all stakeholders, and implement those ideas that are collectively agreed upon
Second priority
  • Send out extension requests and move-out instructions
  • Regularly update Oasis’s IssueTrak portal for any reported issues that in-house guests have raised
  • Cover the emergency out-of-hours telephone line, providing support for urgent cases when required
Qualifications :
  • Guest Services experience is preferred
  • Must present a positive and professional behaviour
  • Must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Good MS Word and Excel
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Ability to communicate clear, concise, and kind manner, via email and phone
  • Must have a passion for guest happiness
  • Must be well organized and able to work within a fast-paced environment
