Job summary

Ibis Budget is seeking a friendly Receptionist to welcome guests as the first and last impression of their stay, handling check-in/out and guest accounts accurately. You’ll answer calls and messages with care, maintain confidentiality of guest information, and support other hotel teams to ensure a seamless experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience is essential.
• Experience with Opera PMS or Opera Cloud is essential.
• Attitude, personality and willingness to learn are valued.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and handle check-in/out and guest accounts.
• Respond to calls and requests with professionalism.
• Keep guest information and hotel procedures secure and confidential.
• Support other hotel teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.
