Job summary

ibis London Blackfriars is looking for a friendly hotel receptionist to welcome guests, check them in/out, and respond to requests with courtesy and efficiency. You will maintain guest accounts, assist with reservations, and promote hotel facilities to maximise guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working at reception preferred, but not essential.
• Knowledge of Opera Cloud preferred, but not essential.
• Good organizational skills.
• Able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality service to customers by responding to requests promptly and courteously during check-in and check-out.
• Maintain accurate guest and hotel account payments and charges.
• Follow safety procedures and hotel policies.
• Promote hotel facilities and maximise sales through product knowledge.
• Communicate with hotel departments and document messages.
• Assist with reservations and provide up-to-date information.
