Job summary

Ibis Budget London Heathrow Central is seeking a Receptionist to welcome guests and be the first smile our guests see and the last goodbye they remember. You will handle check-in/out, guest accounts, and respond to calls with a friendly, professional approach.

You’ll join the Accor family with access to training, growth, and global mobility, plus opportunities to upsell services and contribute to a seamless guest experience. Prior hotel experience and Opera PMS familiarity are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel experience is essential.
• Experience with Opera PMS or Opera Cloud is essential.
• Attitude and passion for hospitality; willingness to learn and contribute.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, handle check-in/out, and manage guest accounts with accuracy.
• Respond to calls, messages, and requests with professionalism and care.
• Keep guest information and hotel procedures secure and confidential.
• Support other hotel teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Take every opportunity to upsell services and showcase our facilities.
