Ideal candidates have visitor services experience, a proactive attitude, and confidence in IT (Microsoft Office). The role offers a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.

Qualifications

• Experience in visitor services within the heritage or tourism sector.
• High standards of customer service.
• Able to meet sales targets and promote membership.
