Job summary

National Trust is seeking a Welcome and Service Team Member at Sizergh in Kendal to warmly welcome visitors, process admissions, share stories, and help guests enjoy their day. You’ll engage with a diverse audience and promote membership while supporting events and other teams as needed.

Reporting to the Welcome Manager, you’ll be part of a small team, delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to a memorable visitor experience across the Welcome Building and car park.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and process admissions at the Welcome Building and car park.
