Job summary

National Trust in Buckingham is seeking a Welcome & Service Team Member to greet visitors at Stowe Gardens and Claydon House, sharing information and helping ensure a memorable visit. You will work weekends/bank holidays with specific hours and complete an online assessment instead of CV submission.

The role supports membership growth and high-quality visitor experiences, reporting to the Welcome & Assistant Manager within a team of 11 across Stowe & Aylesbury Vale properties.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome and information about the property.
• Answer queries and share accurate information with visitors.
