Overview
As a key position in Capital Markets Go-to-Market (GTM) team, you will be in a leading role primarily enabling our sales organization by delivering the best-in-class solution education program. You will report to the Director, GTM Solution Education & Enablement. Your goal will be to plan and execute the education program, including content creation, content management, communication strategy, and end-to-end execution. The ultimate goal is to enhance sales performance, pipeline and drive revenue. We are looking for a collaborative individual with a creative mind, can-do attitude, and ability to navigate within a matrix organization.
Responsibilities
- Bridge the gap between GTM strategy, sales strategy and execution.
- Partner with GTM, Sales and Product leadership to uncover regional/segment education and content needs, execute enablement programs to address these needs, and measure success.
- Provide sales teams with up-to-date product information and sales techniques.
- Execute best-in-class training & content via Sales Playbook, collaborating with business partners and stakeholders across the organization, including sales leaders and the global learning team.
- Execute scalable on-demand learning solutions that create measurable impact based on team knowledge gaps.
- Coordinate and organize trainings for sales and presales on new solution launches, new release features/benefits, and solution suites.
- Maintain a repository of sales resources and collaborate with product marketing for consistent messaging.
- Maintain scalable asset management for programs.
- Adhere to the goal of delivering content to sales teams when and where they need it.
- Responsible for optimizing content utilization and distributing content via relevant channels to maximize effectiveness.
- Facilitate both in-person and virtual sessions with the ability to command the room.
- Design learning curriculums and regularly exercise content strategy and communication strategy for the sales organization.
- Create and roll out the sales playbook to improve sales performance; develop sales success stories and case studies.
- Manage the sales enablement content repository and ensure accessibility.
- Establish regular cadence between presales, sales and product management for bidirectional communication on market trends and feedback.
- Act as the voice of the field and VOC back to the GTM team, collecting input from sales/presales.
- Remain an active learner on L&D trends and new learning tools.
- Operate independently across organizational levels, influence VP+ colleagues on multiple topics in a global organization.
- Proactive thinker with understanding of the financial technology industry and sales enablement, with strong listening and communication skills.
- Demonstrate ability to execute high-quality, timely work across multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Develop an effective solution education program with high-quality execution that delivers results.
- Gain knowledge in e-Learning tools, development, and implementation, with interest in growth of latest software and tools including AI.
- Experience building sales tools, playbooks, training, and certification programs.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Be positive, collaborative, and capable of incorporating leadership and representative feedback into programs.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement (L&D experience a plus).
- Experience in end-to-end content management.
- Experience in end-to-end communication execution and comfort with developing a communication strategy.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master’s or MBA is a plus.
