Job Description

Growth Strategist

Who are we

We’re Accenture Song’s Venture Studio - brought in when clients need to evolve what works now, reimagine what’s next, or build something entirely new. We make it real, fast, and together.

Our team is made up of Growth strategists, Product builders, and Creative designers who make growth happen, and we do it for truly game‑changing businesses like L’Oréal, IKEA, British Airways, Virgin and JLR. The impact we are having is changing the way people live, shop, bank, work, and travel.

We are not your typical consulting team and we are much more than your traditional design studio. We’re a team of founders, operators and creatives who’ve launched products, scaled businesses and been recognised by Fast Company and beyond. We don’t just advise – we build. Fast‑moving teams that test, learn and scale what matters.

Scale isn’t easy to come by, but being part of Accenture enables us to truly stand behind that word. We connect the dots across different parts of this organization to be able deliver at true scale, for the biggest brands in the world.

This is a one‑of‑a‑kind place to your career. Where the brightest, most ambitious minds are let loose on the biggest, most impactful problems.

Your role

As a Growth Strategist, you are here to bring together strategic thinking and excellent execution to every project, from early‑stage idea generation to detailed digital design, build and operation.

We are looking for passionate generalists who exhibit interest and relevant experience in growth, product and or venturing. You will be responsible for the outcomes of a single workstream such as commercial or market analysis. You will have the autonomy to plan and execute across your workstream, delivering work independently, with guidance from a Senior Growth Lead.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent work across the entire venture building process. Example activities in this process might include:
  • Carrying out primary customer research and market analysis to identify new venture opportunities
  • Running in‑market tests to validate demand for new venture ideas
  • Contributing to the business, growth or product strategy thinking that guides our clients’ decision‑making
  • Developing op models and governance structures for running new ventures
  • Developing product roadmaps and working with technical teams to scope out features and delivery timelines
  • Designing go‑to‑market strategies for products to win in market
  • Developing the commercial models that identify and articulate the value and commercial dynamics of our ventures
  • Contribute to the smooth operation of your venture team by running key project management initiatives (i.e. end of week meetings and team energisers)
  • Build on the culture of the Venture Studio, by sharing your ideas and participating in company forums
  • Throughout, you will work hand‑in‑hand with our creative team to push the quality of thinking and storytelling
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 2+ years of demonstrable professional experience – examples include consulting, working in startups or elsewhere in industry.
  • A flexible mindset with the ability to quickly adapt across disciplines, balancing both execution and creative problem solving.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial attitude and growth mindset to think around problems, navigate ambiguity, and challenge clients to think differently.
  • A strategic thinker who would relish being able to contribute to at least one of: go‑to‑market strategies, growth plans, and product roadmaps, synthesizing data and insights into actionable strategies.
  • A collaborative and versatile team player, comfortable working with cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Committed to world‑class execution with an eye for detail, constantly striving to optimize performance and scale innovative ideas.
Who You Are

An absolute must have in every candidate is that they live and truly believe our values:

  • Driven – focused on outcomes that matter
  • Fearless – unafraid of challenge or complexity
  • Striving for better – never settling for average
  • Authentic – bringing your true self, always
  • Generous – invested in others growth and building as one team
