As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will lead the charge in identifying and scaling new acquisition channels beyond core performance marketing. You will own a seven-figure experimentation budget, managing the full lifecycle of tests across CTV, audio, and direct mail to build sustainable growth playbooks and diversify the marketing mix.

What you will do

• Build and manage a rigorous experimentation pipeline to identify and prioritize high-potential new marketing channels.
• Manage the end-to-end experiment lifecycle, including hypothesis generation, financial modeling, and creative briefing.
• Partner with data and finance teams to define "kill or scale" criteria using incrementality and geo-lift measurement.
