Responsibilities

• Drawing takeoffs.
• Providing office project support (update drawings folder etc).
• Develop monthly applications for approval with the Operations Director.
• Send out drawings for pricing to sub-contractors.
• Compile comparisons on quotes received.
• Issue formal orders for all sub-contractors.
• Participate in pre-start meetings with sub-contractors and the Operations Director.
• Site visits to track and log progress.
• Work with the Accounts team to track costs.
