A major sports organization located in Cardiff is looking for a dedicated individual to lead ticketing and customer relationship management for closed groups. The role involves creating and executing growth strategies, managing communications, and ensuring superior supporter experiences. Candidates should have significant experience in the ticketing/events industry, along with strong management, communication, and analytical skills. The position offers a salary range of £32,000-£36,000 and includes various employee benefits.
The role will lead on WRU ticket and customer relationship management for closed groups including debenture, premium supporter and club ticketing programmes. This role will create and execute associated growth and activation strategies within these closed groups.

Salary: £32,000-£36,000 per annum
Location: WRU Ticket Office, Principality Stadium, Cardiff and/or working from home when possible
Hours of work: 35 hours per week. Occasional evening work and weekend work may be required – specifically to include event days.
Responsible to: Head of Ticketing
Contractual status: Permanent. Subject to 6-month probationary period
The WRU require that individuals are proficient in IT skills, specifically Microsoft packages. Excellent written and verbal communications are essential, along with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to communicate through the medium of Welsh and a Valid UK Driver's License is desirable.
