A community support organization in Leeds is looking for a Group Support Worker to assist older individuals in group activities and ensure their inclusion and well-being. This role requires a compassionate approach, strong interpersonal skills, and teamwork. The ideal candidate values independence and community connection, enhancing the quality of life for members. Training and opportunities for growth are provided.
Location: The Newman Centre, Station Road, Cross Gates, Leeds, LS15 7JY
Salary: £23,556 (pro rata)
Hours per week: 16 hours Contract: Fixed Term – 12 Months
Working Days: Tuesday 9.00 -2.30pm & Wednesday 8:30 am – 2:30 pm & Friday 8:30 am – 2:30 pm
Annual Leave: 27 days plus 8 Bank Holidays (pro rata)
