The Role

As Group Sales & Marketing Manager , you will sit on the senior leadership team and take full responsibility for shaping and executing DATIM’s sales, commercial, and marketing strategies . You’ll balance strategic leadership with hands‑on delivery , working closely with the Managing Director and wider business to achieve ambitious growth targets.

You will
  • Lead and inspire the sales team to hit revenue and growth targets.
  • Develop and deliver innovative marketing campaigns to raise brand visibility.
  • Strengthen relationships with key contractors, architects, and developers.
  • Drive commercial excellence through pricing, contract negotiation, and account management.
About You

We’re looking for a proven leader with a strong track record in sales and marketing, ideally within construction, Doorsets, Ironmongery, or related sectors . You’ll combine commercial acumen with marketing flair , with the ability to :

  • Deliver revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Build, lead, and inspire a high‑performing sales team.
  • Shape impactful marketing strategies that generate results.
  • Win trust with senior stakeholders and long‑term clients.
