Join our dynamic team as a Group Reservations Agent specializing in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) and Events. You will manage group bookings and ensure seamless coordination for events hosted at our hotel.

  • Use the SAP (TMS4Meetings) system to manage reservations.
  • Communicate with the Reservations Manager and Sales Manager regarding group confirmations or cancellations.
  • Handle client requests via email and phone.
  • Quote events and accommodation groups.
  • Generate contracts and request payments for groups.
  • Organize events and coordinate with relevant departments like F&B and Kitchen.
  • Create Banquet Event Orders to inform all departments about the event details.
  • Assist clients with any requirements during events.
  • Bill events/groups and send invoices to clients.
  • Send satisfaction surveys to clients after events.
  • Provide support for individual reservations when needed.
