As Group Reporting Manager, you’ll take ownership of consolidated financial reporting and compliance across a complex, multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction environment. Your mission: deliver accurate, timely insights for the Board, investors, and lenders while modernising processes through automation and system improvements.

  • Own Cash Flow Forecasting: Produce and maintain robust monthly cash flow forecasts to ensure proactive liquidity management and financial planning.
  • Manage Statutory Accounts & Compliance: Oversee the production of consolidated and stand-alone statutory accounts across multiple entities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and deadlines.
  • Lead Audit & Tax Management: Act as the primary liaison with external auditors for year-end audits and supervise VAT returns, corporate tax filings, and R&D tax credit claims.
  • Champion Process Improvement: Drive standardisation, automation, and best practices across financial operations, including supporting system migration to cloud platforms and implementing advanced reporting tools like Power BI.
  • Ensure Governance & Controls: Review and approve supplier payment runs, oversee banking operations, and manage annual insurance renewals to maintain strong financial governance.
  • Lead & Develop Your Team: Manage and mentor one accountant, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.
What You’ll Bring

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.

  • Experience in a Private Equity-backed or high-growth environment.
