Job Description

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for delivering exceptional care and driving business growth? We are looking for a Group Registered Manager to oversee our Home Instead offices on the East of our Midlands Enterprise Group, ensuring excellence in service delivery, compliance, and business expansion.

As a Group Registered Manager, you will:

  • Lead and support Registered Managers to drive business growth and outstanding care.
  • Ensure full regulatory compliance, striving for Outstanding ratings across all territories.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to increase client numbers and market share.
  • Oversee care quality, risk assessments, and continuous improvement across the business.
  • Inspire and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Engage with local communities and stakeholders to enhance Home Instead’s presence.
  • Monitor KPIs and business performance, ensuring efficiency and sustainable growth.
Qualifications

You’ll be a motivational leader with a strong track record in care management and business development.

  • Extensive experience in the domiciliary care sector.
  • Proven ability to lead, manage, and develop teams.
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and a commitment to compliance and quality.
  • A passion for growing services while maintaining high care standards.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
