Newly created opportunity for a Group Pricing Director to lead and manage pricing across the Group. This is a rare opportunity to shape pricing strategy at scale, while building a best-in-class capability from the ground up. Excellent package, UK headquarters, Midlands / hybrid working plus travel.

Our client is a growing world-leading manufacturer of B2B and B2C products with c700 employees across multiple sites in the UK, Europe and the US. Pricing Director – the role:

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies that drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share.
  • Introduce robust governance for pricing policies, frameworks, and processes across multiple regions.
  • Build and lead a small specialist pricing team, embedding a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Set up the systems needed to monitor, control, and report on pricing performance — including discounting.
  • Partner with leadership teams to provide insights and influence decision-making.
  • Design pricing structures for new product launches and SaaS models, ensuring alignment with product roadmaps.
  • Act as the Group’s pricing expert, representing pricing strategy at senior level.

Experience to support your application:

  • Proven experience in both large businesses (FTSE100 or equivalent) and SME environments, with the ability to apply best practice in different contexts.
  • A track record of delivering successful pricing strategies that improve revenue and profitability.
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills to inform decision-making.
  • Experience in building pricing functions, including setting up systems, tools, and processes.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Drive, organisation, and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Fluency in Business English (additional languages are advantageous).
