Qualifications

• Experience working with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse project requirements using Requirements Traceability Matrices.
• Document processes and communicate outcomes clearly.
• Support the RFP process, including writing requirements.
• Provide functional analysis and collaborate on solution design.
• Participate in user acceptance testing and ensure deliverables meet expectations.
